1. Order Cancellation

Customers can request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through our customer support channels within this 24-hour period.
Once 24 hours have passed, cancellation requests will not be accepted under this policy.
Orders that have already been dispatched or shipped cannot be cancelled through the standard cancellation process. Please contact us for assistance with an eligible return.

2. Returns & Refunds

If a return is approved, the product must be sent back according to the return instructions provided by our customer support team.
The returned product must meet the applicable conditions under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected by KRISHASTHA, the refund will be processed.
Approved refunds will be initiated within 7 working days after the returned product is received by us.
The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank, payment provider or original payment method.

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs or an unboxing video, if available.
